General Questions
Currently, Srta Spanish’s materials are sold at Teachers Pay Teachers and here at Srta Spanish. Each product listed on these sites is identical. In addition, the regular price is identical at each location. However, sales price may fluctuate from location to location due to sales created by the individual sites (i.e. Teachers Pay Teachers site-wide sales offered by Teachers Pay Teachers or exclusive sales offered here).
Yes! I am able to offer specific customer and product discounts not otherwise available at other sites. With that said, each product listed in multiple marketplaces has identical content. If you purchased the Cognate Unit Lesson Plan at TpT, it is identical to the Cognate Unit Lesson Plan purchased at srtaspanish.com. In addition, the base price of each set is identical across marketplaces. Individual sale prices may fluctuate due to sales offered by the parent company (i.e. Teachers Pay Teachers site-wide sales).
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of these products, once a set is bought and downloaded, it cannot be returned. Please also ensure that you look carefully at what you are buying and read the details underneath each product before you make a purchase. Your satisfaction means a lot to us and will be happy to work with you, if you are unsatisfied. If you have a problem or question about your order, please contact [email protected] so we may be of assistance.
Purchasing Support
While we love that you'd like to share, it is against the Terms of Use to email or redistribute products purchased from Srta Spanish. Each resource is for single classroom or personal use only. You will be breaking copyright laws if you share the resources you have purchased. This includes but is not limited to emailing files, uploading to shared drives and sharing logins. If your colleague or friend wants a copy, you can forward the link to the product in the store so they can purchase a single use license for themselves.
We do accept edits from time to time depending on the nature of the revision. If you have a request, please send through an email to [email protected] with your request and we will see what we can do. However, please keep in mind that this is dependent on clip art availability and terms of use. Not all custom edits will be possible.
We have a running list of requests we are working through currently. If you have a custom resource request, send through a support email to [email protected] and we'll add it to our growing list!
You can access your purchases whenever you like, whether that's straight after checkout or a week, a month or a year later. You'll have access for as long as the site is active but it's always a good idea to save a copy to your computer or USB drive as well, just in case!
Printing Support
All files have been saved in high resolution ready for you to print either at home or via a printing company. Follow the steps below to print your PDF.
- Click to download the file. If it's a ZIP file, you'll need to uncompress the file first before you can print the components.
- Be sure to save the file to your desktop computer rather than just opening the resource.
- Open the file with Adobe Acrobat.
- Click "Print"
- In the “Page Sizing & Handling” section, select “Shrink Oversized Pages” if needed
- Click on "Advanced"
- Check the "Print as Image" box
- Print the document
All resources are designed to be printed on 8.5x11 computer paper. Be sure to select 'fit to page' when printing your resource to ensure that important parts of the page aren't being cut off during the printing process.
Digital Support
First, make sure you’re logged in with the Google account you want to use the resource with. Then, make sure you have clicked File>Make a Copy. (File is located on the top left of the page, under the title of the document). Finally, you will need to locate and open your copy in your Google Drive account.
For my resources, if your website is secure (students need a password or code to join), you may post a resource on the site for them. If it is your school website, Google Site, Weebly, or other site that they do not need a code to enter, you may not post a resource there as it violates the terms of use and copyright for the resource. Please email [email protected] if you have any questions.

Make sure you click Download, then open the PDF with your computer’s PDF reader – NOT your browser. If it opens in a new tab in Chrome (or Safari, or Edge) it’s very likely the browser is breaking the link. Go to your downloads and open the file with your computer’s PDF program (Adobe is a really common one). Still having issues clicking the link? Make sure your PDF Reader software is up to date!
