It provided my students with practice using the verb ‘jugar’ and working collaboratively with a partner.

  6. Sarah F. –

My students LOVED this! I let them work in pairs as they were just starting to learn about Jugar, and they had a blast running up and down the halls ”en circulos”! 😉 It was great practice.

  8. Sarah G. –

This activity was a great addition to my unit on sports. Although my students were initially confused, once they understood the activity, they had a great time.

  9. Sarah K. –

This was my first time using Corre en Circulos, and my students were literally making circles around the room. It was very doable, and great practice. Thanks!

  10. Hannah N. –

My students love the Corre en Circulos activities. Easy to check as well.

  11. Jody R. –

My students love these! It gets them up and moving around while practicing the concept!

  12. Betty Butler –

My students loved moving around the room to complete this activity. One student even said “I feel like I’m running in circles” and several students quickly reminded him – Hey, the activity IS “Corre en Circulos!”. Hysterical!

    • Ashley Mikkelsen –

OH MY GOODNESS! LOL that is too funny! Thanks for sharing that with me!

  13. Maria C F. –

I love corre en circulos! My high schoolers grumble but they don’t mind.

  17. Nicole B. –

This was such a fun way for students to review jugar and sports while also getting up and moving around!

  18. Maestra Grimaldi –

This is such a fun activity!

  19. Emily Veen –

This activity was really good practice for writing out short sentences using the verb “jugar” in the present tense. It was a little long (we chose 15 to use instead of the full 25). It was also a little confusing to my students. I wonder if there should be a word like “LEE” and “ESCRIBE” on each card so students know which phrase to focus on.

  20. Linda S. –

Great resource! Students enjoyed this activity and it was fun for them to get out of their seats and move around the classroom. Gracias!

  21. Amanda S. –

My students enjoyed this activity. They liked working with a partner and getting up and moving around the room. It was a nice change.

  22. La Tienda de Señora Jackson –

This was a great way to have the students see the forms of jugar. The only thing I didn’t like was that Jugar was already conjugated for the students. I would use this at the beginning of the unit before students mastered jugar. This resource exposes them to it and pushes them on sports vocabuary/subject pronouns, but does not challenge them on jugar conjugations!

  23. Amy B. –

    Great!

  24. Robyn Spain –

This was an ingenious way to make a great activity in person available digitally. Students were engaged and found it helpful.

  25. Senora Novales –

  26. Sara D. –

This was a great way to get students up moving and reviewing “jugar & deportes”. THANK YOU

  27. SraEckmanSpanish –

This is a fun review activity that I was sad I wouldn’t be able to do, but with the digital option the students still get the practice withtout having to be up out of their seats.

  28. Lluvia G. –

I love everything from you so this would not be any different. I cannot wait to try this in person one day. The activity took kids a long time but it was because they were getting used to the idea. I’m sure the next one it will be much easier and fun!

  29. Dana B. –

    Very engaging!

  30. Joansis P. –

My 6th graders loved running from one side to the other looking for the answers. I like that it force them to correct their mistakes otherwise they won’t make the circle.
