This a great story and fit perfectly into my unit. My students favorite activity within the bundle was hands down where they had to draw the actions that went a long with the story.

I left this as a sub plan one day. Most students were able to achieve it with little to no help.

Very comprehensible story. I went ahead and made a google slideshow to tell the story with more visuals, though. Some kids were getting into it like OMG why did she run all over the neighborhood why didn’t she just ask her mom first? At another point for comprehension, I asked students “what did Julieta ask her mom?” and one kid replied “What’s for dinner”. Instead of the correct response, “where is my notebook?” 🙂 Took about 3 days with reading, acting it out, doing a little Q and A and taking a quiz.

I love using your products in my classroom. I’m new to CI and my co-teacher first mentioned SOMOS by Martina Bex so I bought that whole curriculum. But as a native Spanish speaker I didn’t like it much, nothing crazy bad about it-it just isn’t for me 100%. I tailor SOMOS to fit my classroom and students, but I then came across your material and LOVE IT. Have you thought of BUNDLING a whole semesters worth of material together? I use your material in conjunction with SOMOS and it works awesome. Thank you.
