Va a.. and Puede.. Movie Talk or Picture Talk

This resource is designed to help you practice “va a..” and “puede..” with your students in a fun and engaging way, featuring the lovable golden retriever Fritz and his journey of learning how to catch! Each of these five Picture Talks are set up to practice “va a..”, “puede..”, “quiere”, and “tiene”. 

There are also many instances of direct object pronouns and basic food vocabulary. When I Picture Talk I often take advantage of the opportunity to review adjectives and clothing so I have included those in the Slides as well. Perfect for novice Spanish students! You can use all of these Talks back to back during one class period, or spread them out between your unit. Up to you! This resource is editable with Google Slides – change it to fit your students and your needs as you wish!
