- Turn anything that you can into a game! Target-language board games, Jeopardy-style trivia games, Bingo, Kahoot/Blooket/Gimkit – it’s all great! Tap into your students’ competitive sides and let them have fun while keeping them engaged in the language at a tough time of the year! – Señora Q
- Teach a Mexican food unit during the last week of class. Most kids know about tacos, burritos and quesadillas… but do they know about ceviche, chilaquiles and chapulines? Get students talking about likes & dislikes, then bring in food for students to sample. – Señora Lee – for the LOVE of Spanish
