    This resource helped students visualize the family relationships in Spanish! My general education classes completed these cards on their own for extra practice. In my special education classes, I projected the cards on the board as a whole-class activity. Some of these students easily feel discouraged when working in isolation, so using the cards as a means of class discussion and collaboration was more engaging for them. Additionally, having the pictures and tree laid out in front of my students helped them make connections more easily. Similarly, I used this whole-class activity in my general education classes as part of a review. I will definitely use these in the future and recommend them to other teachers, especially as an engaging resource for students with learning difficulties.
