Description
Get your students moving with this activity! Students answer the prompt, then find the answer around the room. When they find the answer, they go to it, and complete the next prompt, repeating until they have completed the circle! Some students like to race to see who can finish the loop fastest, others work at their own pace. Students can begin at any prompt and practice, checking their work as they go.

This was a great resource to get students moving around the classroom and hallway and is self-checking in nature. I like that students know they did it correctly if the sentence at the end and it takes them back to the beginning. I’ll probably buy all of the Corre en Círculos evevtually!

I love the corre en circulos activities because they are partially self-checking– If a student messes up, they will be brought back to their starting card before reaching the end. That’s how they know they should retrace their steps or ask you where they messed up.

My students seemed to enjoy this. I went through and wrote them all first, so I was better able to direct them. FYI – if a student chooses the wrong translation, they will just keep going and it takes a bit of back-tracking to get them back where they need to be!

I love that there were 2 versions of this activity. One day I did just the written prompts and the next day, I quizzed my students on how well they knew and could recognize the infinitive verbs we’ve been studying just based on the subject pronouns and visuals given. Amazing resource and a huge time saver!

I was able to assign this to my quarantined learners at home and they completed digitally and in the classroom, my students collaborated and got up out of their desks.
