Every now and then over on social media I’ll share a cute picture of the readings from my gallery walk sets. It’s usually to talk about reading activities, but inevitably I get the question, “Where did you get those boxes?!” So, today, I thought I’d share!
Photo Boxes
Head to your local craft store or hit up Amazon – you’re looking for photo boxes! The colorful ones in like the picture above are here and have 16 little boxes with one bigger case to hold them all. They’re meant for 4×6 photos so you have 2 options for your readings: let them curl a little to fit, or print them at a smaller percentage.
There are also plain, clear ones here. This set is the same size (16 little boxes and one big box to hold them all), it’s just another option in case you prefer the more see through boxes.
Each of my gallery walks come with a cover for you to turn them into mini books for your classroom library, but you could also use them to label the outside of the boxes to make it easy to see which set of readings you’re grabbing!
I hope that’s helpful for you! Don’t forget to save this post for later!
