  5. Claudia R. –

At the beginning of the year, my students had a hard time understanding how Corre en Círculos works, so I always start with an easy one first. Once they get it, they absolutely love it! We now do one every other week, such a fun way to reinforce vocabulary!

  6. Heather R. –

I love how the Corre en Cículos gets the students out of their seats and asking good questions. I love to have these from Stra Spanish for every grammar topic.

  7. Erika B. –

This activity was perfectly aligned with my students’ needs and my teaching goals, making it both enjoyable and effective. My class had a great time completing it, and it added a lot of value to our lessons. I love all of your resources!

  12. Catherine Jaspal –

My students really enjoyed this activity. They were very engaged. There were a couple of images that they were not sure what part of the body was represented was the only challenge with a couple of the pictures.

  13. Glenda Maxwell –

My students loved the activity and were super engaged.

  14. Dan B. –

rewrite: I have used Corre en Circulos many times. This one is not any different than the others but for some reason the students were extremely engaged. Perhaps, the inclusion of review of body parts?? I used this for a unit on “La Salud” (Sp 2) after reviewing body parts and introduction of ‘doler’. Thanks for the set up, ease of printing, AND the ANSWER KEY LIST. The list is very helpful when you have students who make errors and need to retrace their steps…the key helps teacher juggle multiple students needing rapid help/feedback. ADDED BENEFIT…students don’t realize the exercise they are getting if you post cards on hallway walls. MIL GRACIAS

  15. Lara S. –

My students enjoyed this activity. We completed it outside on a really sunny and beautiful day. However, the less resilient students gave up when there was some questions about which body parts were which. I see that the resource has been updated since to clarify. I am looking forward to completing the updated activity with the next class I have.

  16. Jaclyn L. –

I loved this activity especially with the body parts. Some were hard to determine which body part it was but overall it was a fun activity that kept students engaged.

  23. Dale D. –

I love doing these “Corre en circulos” activities in my classes. We usually do one per unit, which translates into once every 6 weeks or so.

I did this activity with 3 classes. A few students in my first class struggled a little bit and it took me a while to catch on as to why. I think all of the pictures are pretty straightforward, but if you could possibly misinterpret a picture, some of mine did. For example, a picture that I think it pretty obviously an elbow, some took to be an arm. At that point, they were just off track and they couldn’t figure out why

After I went around with a marker and clarified every possibly confusing picture with an arrow or even an English word, it went much, much smoother with my other 2 classes.

    • Ashley Mikkelsen –

Thanks for the feedback! Sometimes the images can be tricky, that was a great quick solution to clarify for your students. If you’d like to shoot me an email with any cards in particular that were unclear, I’d be happy to add more arrows to the digital file so you have it in the future! I know I have a few cards with arrows for an attempt to make it clear, but sounds like more could be helpful in your experience!

  24. Hannah Gershenoff –

My students love this activity to help them with their vocabulary review. They like that it is an activity that they can move around to complete, and I like that there is an online option for students that weren’t there for the day.

  25. Crystal A. –

The students always love this activity. Sometimes I make it a competition to see who can get done the fastest. The students love competition.
