For security and privacy, adults must have a Boom Learning account to use and assign Boom Cards. You will be able to assign the Boom Cards you are buying with “Fast Pins,” (play provides instant feedback for self-grading Boom Cards). Fast Play is always a free way for students to engage with Boom Cards decks. For additional assignment options you’ll need a premium account.     A great supplement for working with GUSTAR in class. This was an excellent homework task but it did require some precision / attention to detail (as most Boom Learning activities do). I really liked the visuals but some of my lower-level students did not have the vocabulary background for the actions to work as independently as I had hoped. In the future, I may make a vocabulary list to attach to this task so that they have a reference and can focus just on the mechanics of GUSTAR.
