Description
Are you looking for saber and conocer practice worksheets with answers? Check out these printable and digital practices for Spanish class! These saber and conocer practice activities are easy for you to use for review as students make their way through the maze.
Correct answers lead them closer to the end of the maze, while incorrect answers can wind up in a dead-end, forcing students to revisit their answers and think about things again! This could be used in class as independent practice, for homework, or would be an excellent file to leave for a substitute. Answer key included that can be projected for students to self- correct.
There are two versions of the worksheet. One is the basic maze for students to practice choosing. The second version builds upon that activity by asking them to explain their reasons, then do some additional practices with the remaining boxes! There are two different mazes included so your students could do this once in class and once for homework or however you choose!
INCLUDED:
- Two saber and conocer practice worksheets with answers
- Maze One, Version A – students find their way through
- Maze One, Version B – students find their way through and add answers to any untouched boxes
- Maze Two, Version A – students find their way through
- Maze Two, Version B – students find their way through and add answers to any untouched boxes
- Answer Keys for Mazes 1 & 2
- Digital versions of the mazes for use with Google Slides!
- Student instructions for how to complete the maze
- Teacher instructions for how to assign via Google Classroom

“Provided a nice break from the usual practices we’ve done in class. To help students avoid error, I asked them to first complete all the conjugations providing reasons. Then, chart the path through the maze. They loved it. Thanks!” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I thought it was an interesting way to work on Saber and Conocer. It was easy to extend the activity by having the students fill in all of the ones that didn’t necessarily get filled in in the maze. Again, I like that this can be self-correcting for the students.
Jennifer Thompson –
Creative and interactive review game! The maze format lets students choose their own path while practicing content, making review fun and engaging. Perfect for reinforcing concepts without it feeling like a test.
Christi N. –
My student do like these types of puzzles that practice what we’re learning in class. I like the option that has students complete the 3 steps. (puzzle, reason and complete the rest of the unused squares)
Carla C. –
A great practice for students to help them distinguish when to use conocer and when to use saber. This activity encouraged my students to use their notes.

Sienna W. –
I love that students are able to practice while also finding out if they are doing it correctly or not by if they cant make it to the end they made an error somewhere.
I also like how there are simple activities and more complex activities
Espanol Loco –
Excellent resource my students really enjoyed!
Laura B. –
I can’t wait to use these in person and just mill around while they’re in the middle of the thinking process – I’ve missed that. I love activities that reinforce learning (either a skill or vocab) in a painless way! I like that there are enrichment options as well.
One suggestion I’ll make is to number or letter all boxes so that when you give teacher feedback for corrections you can say, “wrong turn out of #4” for example.
Creative Language Acquisition –
Well done.
