This is a great activity for students to practice using the verb “ser”. My students enjoyed this activity and it helped them to get a better understanding of the use of the verb. It got my students to think and apply what they learned.

My students really enjoyed these worksheets! They were focussed on finding their way through the maze and it’s great that it’s print and go! Makes my job easier. Thank you!

It seems like students have a love/hate relationship with ser. Ser is so useful and needed, yet abstract because the conjugations are unpatterned. This maze really helped them learn the forms and they love having an end goal in sight (the end of the maze). It’s satisfying to complete correctly. Reviewing ser at several different levels of Spanish learning is often necessary for some! This resource was a huge help!

Great for a warm-up!

I like these mazes because they make students really think about their choice. The only suggestion I have is putting numbers in the maze boxes. For online use with absent students it helps to be able to say “you took a wrong turn out of number 11” for example.
