This short reading is a great way to introduce Spanish expressions with tener to your students in a comprehensible way!

This resource includes a short reading about a fish who wants to leave the ocean written in comprehensible language. The reading includes vocabulary supports at the bottom of the page to help your students be successful. There is a version of the reading without the vocabulary footnotes included so you can choose the best fit for your class!

    What a cuuuute story!!! my Span1 Freshmen loved it!! What a twist at the end! There were words that we haven’t covered (camina camina) BUT they figured it out. The ending cracke me up!
