    This is an excellent Women’s History Month bulletin board that we proudly displayed in our school for the month of March. It is very visual and includes interesting facts in both English and Spanish.

    Excellent scavenger hunt! Besides being very engaged, my 7th graders found the opportunity to reuse the personality and profession vocabulary to talk about their favorite character. Also I’ve opened up this activity to have students talk about other people they admire in their personal life (members of their family , etc) and turned into a great opportunity to introduce the Venezuelan orchestra conductor Glass Marcano.

    The pictures are amazing and the presentations concise, but I think it would be better to use it in person.

    Great short readings! The only thing is that in the Spanish version of the readings, La Habana is spelled Havana (in both Gloria Estefan and Celia Cruz). Other than that, great resource!
