How to Make Tissue Paper Marigolds for Day of the Dead

Supplies Needed
To make these simple tissue paper marigold flowers you need:
- scissors
- stapler
- sheets of tissue paper in yellow, orange, or golden rod
You can cut the tissue paper into squares beforehand, or you can fold and cut as shown in the tutorial!
Steps for Making Tissue Paper Flowers
- Line up your tissue paper squares
- Fold upwards about an inch
- Flip the paper over, fold again
- Repeat flipping and folding until you reach the end of the paper
- Staple the folded tissue paper in the middle to create the center of your flower
- Trim the edges to create the petal shapes
- Gently lift and separate the layers of tissue paper to reveal the flower
- Enjoy your fun Day of the Dead decoration!
