Great resource! I made this maze into a competition and students loved it. When finished, I projected the correct path so students could see where they might have went wrong. Thanks so much!

This was an easy way for students to show their understanding of the verb estar. I also gave them the challenge of filling in the boxes they didn’t use as well as the ones they did for extra practice.

  14. StudySpanglish101 –

I loved using these! My students find them fun and their a great, quick review activity! The first map did have 2 “estamos” path options for one square on there that tripped some of my students up but they eventually figured out.

I had planned an Easter Egg Hunt with Estar snd Prepositions. Unfortunately, I realized my students had not fully grasped Estar!! This did it!!

    Nice material.

  18. Suzanne S. –

I’m working 1 to 1 with my great-niece teaching her Spanish. Spanish is my second language learning it in high school and in college. I tried to teach her the way I learned it by learning all the proper conjugated forms of each given verb. We have been working with the verb estar for a few months so when I introduced her to this game I had to introduce her to the third person singular form of the verb estamos as that’s the only form she was not familiar with. Playing the game through the maze reinforce what she knew and gave her the opportunity to reinforce the new form of the verb estamos. I sent her home with the game to play with her father who is a native speaker other Spanish language. I placed a game both copies game 1 in game two each in a page saver so that she can use a marker to trace the route of a maze so she can play it more than once.

  19. Mary S. –

Great review activity! Provides each student with the opportunity to use the verb and its forms in a fun way!

  20. Kelly S. –

My students liked this activity but found the directions a bit confusing…maybe they should have read them first!! LOL

  21. Kimberly P. –

My students know exactly what to do with this activity when they arrive. They grab highlighters and have at. We love doing these “laberintos.”

  22. Hedieh N. –

Another great practice. This is a quick comprehension check/review and I have the kids compete, so they are all racing to get through the “laberinto” quickly. 🙂

  23. Lindsay C. –

    Great review or alternative quiz!

  24. Stephanie Portillo –

    These look great, Muchas Gracias!

  25. Tara Brown –

A student favorite! I love that you always include 2 different options. As always, thank you for your hard work! 🙂
