This was a perfect assignment to give students to introduce Hispanic Heritage Month. Before this assignment, my Spanish for Native Speakers classes had already expressed interest in learning about other countries. I love having a Virtual Field trip in order to expose them to culture instead of just throwing up pictures on a slide and having them take notes.
Having a printed and digital copy for them to use to navigate the interactive map was also great!
