I loved the activity. It got my students moving and working in groups. I also liked that students are able to this on their own.

My students completed this as a Scoot activity combined with the Spain resource on a day I had a substitute. I had laminated the Spanish signs and each desk pair had one sign. Students had 2 minutes per sign and then scoot to the next pair of desks. Students completed the English worksheets as well as a compare and contrast graphic organizer. (I teach a 9 week exploratory) Then students did additional research on an area that interested them and wrote a compare and contrast paper for their Literacy(English) class as an interdisciplinary assignment. I loved that the English translations were included for the sub and associates who help my special needs students.

Used to create cultural activity for hybrid classes. Some students walked around the class (original use of resource) while others did “mini” version at home. Worked well both ways.
