This version of the resource includes options! There is a complete version of the activity in Spanish and English! There are two interactive maps included, as well as two sets of the graphic organizer and comprehension questions. Mix and match languages to suit the needs of your students!

Students read, watch, and explore using the Google Map, then record information on the graphic organizer and answer comprehension questions. This activity is great for reinforcing geography while learning about the country! It would also be a great sub plan.
Students will need devices and access to the internet to be able to use the map. Please verify that your school allows access to Google My Maps and YouTube before purchase to be able to fully utilize this resource.

This was an amazing resource and my students did so well with it during our Day of the Dead lesson. They loved exploring the culture through the interactive map and activities, and it kept them interested the entire period. It fit perfectly into my 50 minute middle school class. About half of my students were able to finish, and next time I may add a short lesson beforehand and use it as a longer activity. Overall, this was a fantastic addition to my Día de los Muertos unit and I highly recommend it!

A VERY cool resource! I ended up adding a couple more pins and changing the colors to match my own taste, but overall, a very solid task for students. I kept the English document for Spanish 1, then the Spanish document for Spanish 2, and it seemed to work really well. Students were engaged and everyone learned something new.
