This activity is great for reinforcing geography while learning about culture! It would also be a great sub-plan.

    This was an EXCELLENT resource. However, with our school’s most recent protections against most things Google, this was not able to be used effectively in my classes. I read all of the advice on how to circumvent issues with schools blocking it. I enlisted the help of my tech department. Unfortunately, due to restriction after restriction after restriction, we had to give up on using this resource.

    Great introduction to Semana Santa, I use it for my Spanish 1 classes when I was not at school so the English only meant it was easier for them since I wasn’t there but they still learned the culutre aspect.

    I printed out the worksheets and posted the Google Maps in Classroom for them to use. This combo seemed to work perfectly for me as they prefer paper so I enjoy having two options! Good material for Easter week before a holiday, or for study of la semana santa.

    This was a perfect sub plan for my students when I had to miss a day during Semana Santa. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the videos are a nice change of scenery from a “traditional” assignment.
