Draw and Describe a Snowman

This writing activity is a very simple one! Students decorate their snowman, adding hair, eye color, and clothing. Then, students write a description of their snowman that includes physical descriptions, personality traits, and describing the clothing they have drawn. Creative twist: Turn it into a partner game. One student describes their snowman in Spanish, and the other draws it based only on the description — no peeking. Then compare and laugh at the results. It’s a great way to practice speaking and listening with a side of fun.
